TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AMERICA PAC'S
ACTIVIST JUDGES PETITION PROGRAM FOR WISCONSIN VOTERS

By participating in America PAC's Petition Program, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible for the $100 incentive payments, a petition signer must be a registered voter in Wisconsin.

To be eligible for the $100 incentive payments as a referrer:

  • The referrer must be a registered voter in Wisconsin and have signed the petition himself or herself; and
  • The referred petition signers also must be registered voters in Wisconsin; and
  • The referred petition signers must enter an email address or cellphone number of the referrer that America PAC or its designees can associate with the referrer.

Each person may only sign this petition once. Eligible individuals may only list one eligible person as their referrer. Signing the petition on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Individuals who earn an aggregate payment of $600 or more through their petition signature and referral credits will be required to first provide a completed IRS Form W9 to America PAC before payment may be issued.

Eligibility for incentive payments as a petition signer or referrer will be determined at the sole discretion of America PAC and its designees.

America PAC makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding any specific timeframe in which petition incentive payments will be issued. America PAC will make its best efforts to promptly issue payments to all petition signers and referrers whom it determines are eligible to receive payment. Partial payments may be made on a rolling basis. Due to a high participation rate in the Petition Program, Participants should not necessarily expect to receive incentive payments within a month or even two months. America PAC thanks Participants in advance for their patience and their avid interest in objecting to activist judges.

Any dispute arising out of, or relating to, the Petition Program will be exclusively and finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect to be held in Travis County, Texas and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If the amount in controversy exceeds $500,000, arbitration will be conducted under the Procedures for Large, Complex Commercial Disputes.
